Come and process the ultimate conflict we face today. Do you feel you have too much on your plate, juggling all at once and still not finding peace?

This seminar is an overview to stress management for women. How to become aware of every day stress related symptoms, learn to infuse mindfulness in your daily lives and an introduction to coping skills that can be incorporated easily.

Natasha Najmi-Kazmi is a licensed psychotherapist from California.. She has received her graduate studies in Counseling Psychology from San Francisco State University and she has been in the field for over 15 years.

Natasha has worked with children, adults, older adults and couples and uses many different techniques including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family systems theory, parenting and couples work. She enjoys helping her clients with a wide range of issues including PTSD, trauma, anger, depression, anxiety, stress, communication difficulties with partners and/or children, parent education and support as well as grief and loss.

Perfecting your pitch and public speaking workshop for Women - Held on Sep 28th 2017

Whether you are an entrepreneur or professional. You will need to present your  ideas, business plans, etc investors. To get funding or be  successful in your job, you will need  to know how to pitch.  Fear not!  OPEN SV is bringing you “How to perfect your pitch and public speaking workshop for Women.” 
In this session we have the Mentors and Program Coordinators of Draper University,  to perfect your pitch structure, vocal strength, and stage presence.  Draper Coordinators have coached many successful individuals, including a 12-year old who successfully pitched to Mark Cuban of Shark Tank.
Key takeaways include Tim Draper's approved pitch structure that focuses your business into a story, the tricks and hacks you can use to formulate your company’s data, tools to succeed without having a working prototype, and practical knowledge on how to feel more comfortable in your own skin and appear confident. We are thrilled to have Draper University at Plug and Play. Men are welcome to join and will be equally benefited by the this workshop.
