OPEN Silicon Valley has designed a variety of programs to help the community get connected, trained & coached!

Conferences

Full-day events with one or more keynotes and numerous sessions across parallel tracks. Each session will be run by dedicated lead and would typically comprise panel discussions with 3-4 speakers, but can also be an intimate fireside chat. Large (500+ ppl) gathering at a large facility (e.g. Computer History Museum or Santa Clara Convention Center). 2 flagships conferences are organized annually: Annual Forum and Women Forum.

Seminars

Half day events with 1 keynote and 2 panel discussions. Each panel would typically comprise 3-4 speakers. Niche and timely topic with a targeted audience. Small (75-100 ppl) gathering at a small facility (e.g. law firm or startup offices). Typically organized with a quarterly frequency.

Webinars

1 hour presentation with a panel of 3-4 speakers. A topic of general relevance to the broader OPEN community. Typically organized with a bi-monthly frequency.

Networking

Informal gatherings organized by OPEN members to provide networking and mentorship support to the broader community. These typically include mentorship breakfasts, sports and career development events that are organized by dedicated teams throughout the year.

Mentorship

The primary goal of OPEN Office Hours is to provide guidance, support, and knowledge to college students who are looking for experienced individuals to get a better grasp of what their academic career will look like. This program's purpose is to help students develop specific skills, navigate career challenges, and broaden their perspectives.
